HOW TO GET TO CISURU

If you are in Pangandaran:

Use Public Transportation (Bus) from Pangandaran bus station to Sidarja (Bus Route : Pangandaran Cilacap/ Pangandaran - Purwokerto) (Cost Max: Rp.20.000)
From Sidarja use Koprades To Cisuru (Cost: Rp.7.000 - 15.000)
Alter: Contact us when you start your trip from Pangandaran and we will pick you up at Sidarja bus station

If You In Bandung:

Use Train: Stop at Sidarja Train station (Bussines /executive class ) stop at Cipari train station if you use economy class (Closer)
Use Bus (Bandung - Purwokerto / Bandung - Yogyakarta). After Banjar get ready to stop at Cukangleuleus than use Koprades to cisuru

If You In Yogyakarta :

Use Train: Stop at Sidarja Train station (Bussines /executive class ) stop at Cipari train station if you use economy class (Closer)
Use Bus :

Yogyakarta - Cilacap : Take bus from Cilacap to Sidarja than Cisuru
Yogyakarta - Purwokerto : Take bus from Purwokerto to Sidarja than Cisuru

"Curug Gendong Area"

Actually this object have several waterfall to visit, the trip takes about 1 hour walk to the first waterfall and than continue to the other waterfall, there is 5 waterfall located in this area in about 100meter distance each other on the same cliff, you will crossing Cisuru hills with very beautiful landscape view, this hiking track could be little bit hard to go but all will be worth, all paid with the beauty that we will find at the waterfall area.

first you will guide to see high waterfall with some steps where you can climb up to the middle of the waterfall and you can look at the beautiful landscape and even you can see Cilacap town and Pangandaran from there.

The second waterfall you will visit is one high waterfall wit swallow cave at the top side, just like a fairy tale there where you can see the beauty of the cave door covered by the water.

The third waterfall smaller than the other but about beauty this waterfall has it's own unique things, you can find stalagmite around this waterfall as like you can find inside a cave

This trip is based on a jungle trips, but on this trip you will be surprised with some beautiful places

first you will bring to tho the 2 waterfall on one area the first waterfall is waterfall with 7 step and the people there cal this as Curug Pitu ( seven waterfall ) and beside that you will found waterfall with somany steps and the people there called curug sewu (Thusand waterfall )this area called Cikepuh

This area located on the cisuru's hill so you can have very beautiful landscape view.

After from Cikepuh you will guide to the next place, you will bring to historical places, there are 3 places that believe as the founder of Cisuru village. this places located at the top of cisuru hill with very beautiful view, you can also find farming field of the villager and if you lucky you can have fresh Corn, cassava or other food that harvested by the farmer.Down from the hill you will be guide to the hidden waterfall whit no name, but most of the people who get to this place will call this waterfall as a piece of heaven

This waterfall located near by the Cisuru village and this is the nearest waterfall about 1 km from the Wlahar village.

Exploring to this waterfall you can go trough the river and you will see many unique and beautiful things around.

Along the river you can see very unique stone structure that between the left the right side have different structure, you can found black stone in one side and gray stone in the other side, people believe that this river is the end line of magma flow from "Slamet mountain" when the mountain erupting long time's ago.

Geulis is Sundanese language means "Beautiful', this name come from the old story that told by generation to generation that one upon a time there is very ugly girl live in this village and she was very shame because the people around always insult her because of her face, and one day she having meditation and she asked to take a shower at this waterfall, suddenly she become very beautiful girl after, that's why the people call the waterfall as "Curug Geulis that means beautiful Waterfall"

and as a fairy tale there is also many other story connected to this waterfall, and another unique thing is there is underwater cave under this waterfall.
Together with this tour you can also see the traditional rubber processing, Palm sugar processing, etc

This waterfall located at cilongkrang near Cisuru, about 4 Km from Cisuru, as like another waterfall in this area you have to do this trip trough the river

On the way to this Twin waterfall you will find one other waterfall called Cibogo Waterfall

This beautiful waterfall located on hidden place on the way to Twin waterfall, even there is a big stone that look like a entry door to this place, with very clear water you can take a rest for a while enjoying the nice atmosphere there.

After from Cibogo waterfall you ill continue your trip to the Twin Waterfall abut 300 meters, first your eyes will be surprised with very beautiful cliff As the entry door to the waterfall

This cliff about 30 meters high with beautiful stone structure will be our wall around the waterfall, and after 50 meters walking we will reach the twin waterfall location.
